MYTH #1 You have to perform cardio for 20 mins to burn fat
FAT LOSS is simple, you have to burn more calories than you consume, just sitting reading this page you are burning fat. Exercise increases the Fat Burning effect, and High Intensity Interval Training sends it through the roof. 20 mins? that is complete rubbish. Forget Standard Cardio - HIIT Cardio is the future of Fat Loss

MYTH #2 you must, must, must do cardio on an empty stomach
Why put yourself through this amount of discomfort? even the most dedicated will find exercising early in the morning on an empty stomach hard. The good news is you don't have to - Incorporate HIIT Cardio during normal training sessions for 30 minutes and you will lose FAT - its that simple

I wanted a program I could follow and recommend that allowed me to hit the gym hard and get out as soon as possible. The gym isn't a social event - so why would you want to spend 50 minutes of your life trudging away on a treadmill. NO WAY! Specific FAT Buring High Intensity Intervals are the key.
